The review session is being organized for the benefit of people who have learnt Surya Kriya before. It is a wonderful opportunity to deepen (refresh or restart) your practice with the guidance of an Isha hatha teacher.

The program will be conducted by Tuja, a Classical Hatha Yoga school teacher who was certified after 1750 hours of intense training, and will offer classical Hatha yoga. In the last 8 years he lived in isha yoga Center, conducting programs and teaching over 5000 students.
